The American Chamber of Commerce in Ethiopia (AmCham Ethiopia) was formed to strengthen and continue the century-old friendship and economic ties that have existed between the two countries as well as to support and encourage the business community to better familiarize with each other; closely relate and work together in trade and investment, share experiences and facilitate capacity building within the country as well as promote foreign direct investment in Ethiopia.
The AmCham in Ethiopia is a not-for-profit, non-governmental organization founded by its Members for the purpose of supporting the development of mutually beneficial economic relations between the United States of America and the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia.
